Travel Nurse (RN) – Case Management (Case Manager) – Littleton, New Hampshire – 912450

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Case Manager/Home Health/Hospice 

Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8×5, 40 hours per week, M-F, No weekends/ No Holidays

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• NH or Compact License
• Minimum of 2 years current Home Health experience in Case Management and Hospice Experience
• AHA BLS
• Netsmart/Allscripts EMR experience strongly preferred

Other Details:

• RNs will be providing Home Health & Hospice Case Management services to patients of all ages (infant to elderly)
• Local Travelers (reside within 50 miles of facility)
