Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Case Management/Discharge Planning
 
Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p (8×5) 40 hours per week, M-F
Length: 17 weeks

Holiday Requirements Rotated as needed.
 
Requirements: 
  • MS license
  • Must be confident RN Case manager with 5 years Acute Care Management experience with previous experience in large academic Medical Center hospital or Level 1 trauma. Some experience must be recent
  • Strong case management skills and are willing to learn the nuances of MS
  • BLS
  • Prefer RN, BSN. Would consider ADN with extensive Case Management experience
  • CCM preferred but not required
Others:
  • EMR Epic
  • Do you require InterQual criteria or Milliman experience No, but need to have general understanding of discharge readiness
  • Discharge planning no UR piece to the role
  • Case load/# patients per day/consults per day 15-20
  • Will cover all Inpatient units throughout the hospital
  • Scrub Color/Dress Code Any color scrubs or business professional attire
  • 50 mile radius rule
  • Will accept local candidates
