Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – LPN – LTAC

Shift: Days / 7a-7p, 12×3, 36 hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Must be available to work every other weekend/holiday

Requirements:

  • OH license
  • Must have at least 1 year experience-acute care experience (hospital setting) required
  • LTAC LPN experience will also be accepted
  • Must have IV certification or proof of education and competency of IV therapy skills
  • Must have experience with patient ratios of 1:5-6
  • Must have Epic charting experience
  • AHA BLS

LTAC LPN experience will also be accepted

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXP-ACUTE CARE EXP (HOSPITAL SETTING) REQUIRED
MUST HAVE EXP WITH PATIENT RATIOS OF 1:5-6
MUST HAVE EPIC CHARTING EXPERIENCE
FLOAT REQUIRED
FLOATING REQUIREMENTS: Traveler will be first to float 
Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday.
