$2,005.00 to $2,255.00 weekly

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Med Surg/Telemetry – Float

Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12×3, 36hrs per week, No Call, Every other weekend including holiday rotation
Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• IA/Compact License
• 2 years of experience in Med Surg, Tele, Med/Tele required
• 1st time traveler accepted with at least 2 years of Nursing experience hospital/medical center experience will be prioritized
• BLS
• AHA ACLS
• MOAB
• NIHSS
• EPIC EMR experience 
• De-Escalation Certificate (SAMA, MAB, MOAB, CPI) — highly preferred
• NIH Stroke Scale certificate highly preferred

Other Details:

• Must be able to comfortably/confidently read EKG/ECG including all Tele related duties/responsibilities (rhythm strips, dysrhythmia reads)
• EMR: EPIC
• Float:  may float to BH, ED, ICU and some post-procedural areas
• Radius rule:  min. 50 miles, no locals
• Ratios: 1:6
• Bed Size: 130
• Tele reads
• Drips: heparin, insulin, lasix, amiodarone, diltizem, digoxin
• MUST complete Basic Dysrhythmia Assessment, passing score of 80% during onboarding
