Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – M/S Tele – Float Pool
Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12×3, 36 hrs per week, EOW
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- MA License
- 2 years of acute care hospital experience
- Skill Sets Required: Telemetry monitoring including measuring intervals and interpreting strips every 4 hours
- TR Band experience
- Must be able to perform Cardiac Drips and Reading Tele Strips
- BLS
- ACLS
Other Details:
- EMR (Charting System): EPIC
- Must be willing to float to 8 different units
- Float throughout the hospital to all Med/Surg Tele areas (Davenport 5, Davenport 7, Davenport 8, Davenport 9, ED, PH6/7, Pingree 4, & Overflow)
- Clinician to Patient Ratio: Days & Eves up to 5:1. Nights up to 6:1.
- Patient Population: Care for ED border patients; medication nurse in the acute mental health unit, and care for non-vented patients who are transfer ready in the ICU.
