- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Medical/Surgical/Oncology patients 3. Certifications: BCLS, NIH, Fire safety required; ACLS required for Barnes-Jewish Hospital location only; obtained by compliance deadline, not required at submittal unless noted 4. License: MO or compact license (submit without license OK for MO); IL license in hand required at submittal; compact must match permanent residence 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Patient ratios 1:5-6 nights, 1:5 days/weekends; no call required; weekend coverage required (6 weekend shifts per schedule period, preferably every other weekend); floating within service line required 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ days requires manager approval, along with holiday RTO); no new RTO after submission; no RTO allowed first week of assignment 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates accepted within 75-mile radius; no local travelers allowed except for PCTs, CNAs, and Medical Assistants 11. Background: Not specified 12.
