Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Tele/Neuro Acute Epilepsy Monitorng – 6N
Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12×3, 36 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks, 2 out of the 4 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years)
Requirements:
- AZ License
- 2 years experience
- Must have Level I Trauma Experience
- BLS
- ACLS
- BSN preferred
- Certified in Med Surg/Tele preferred
Other Details:
- 50 mile radius rule
- # beds: 48 total – 10 epilepsy specialty rooms
- Ratios: 1:4 days and nights
- Charting System: Cerner
- Possibly to Med surg/Tele floors
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Epilepsy, 24-48 Trend EEGs, Brain tumor, Subdural hematoma, scoliosis surgeries, TBI, Neuro dx.
