- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required (must have experience in large, urban hospital) 2. Cases: Cardiovascular patients including stable heart and lung transplants, Ventricular Assist Devices (LVADs) 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; NIH, CPI preferred 4. License: Nebraska RN License; pending license accepted but traveler will be booked six weeks out if not in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC charting experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Patient ratios 1:5 days/1:6 nights (can be 1:7 nights, rarely); 4 weekend shifts out of 8 possible in 4-week period 8. RTO: Up to two weeks permitted; must be submitted with application; no RTO during first week of orientation; RTO blackout dates 6/11/26 - 6/22/26 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
