Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Med Surg/Tele – Float
Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12×3, 36hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- AZ License
- 1 year experience
- Minimum of at least 1-year acute care, EKG competent experience
- BLS
- ACLS
Other Details:
- Willing and able to float among Med Surg/Tele units
- Willing and able to float to PCU (required)
- No local travelers within 50 miles
- Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.2nd floor has 4 units, 2E = 20, 2S = 14, 2C = 23, and 2N = 17, 3rd floor has 3 units CDU = 20, 3N= 20, 3S = 23
- Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only) 5-6:1
- Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.
- Pyxis medication station, Meditch charting, Alariz IV pumps, remote telemetry system.
