- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Adult patients requiring cardiac monitoring, pre and post cardiac catheterization patients and pacemaker patients, 24 observation patients to rule out MI, patients with chest pain, shortness of breath, COPD, DM, HTN, Renal failure, care of patients after transfer out of ICU, patients post CVA that may have TPA, care of medical or surgical overflow patients on occasion 3. Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH required; ACLS required by compliance hard document deadline for all RNs 4. License: MO (submit without license OK; requires MO or compact), IL (license in hand required at time of submittal), Compact (must match permanent residence) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required, weekend coverage every other weekend, patient ratios 1:5 days/1:6 nights, will float within service line 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ days requires manager approval, along with any holiday RTO), no new RTO after submission, no RTO allowed first week of assignment 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates accepted within 75 mile radius, no local travelers allowed except for PCTs, CNAs, and Medical Assistants 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr, completed pre-start, required for RNs and LVNs, completed through WorkRamp, must start within 1 week of signed contract and completed 2 Fridays prior to start date 13.
