Travel Nurse (RN) Tele/Stepdown (Telemetry/PCU) Puyallup, WA

$1,883.00 to $2,133.00 weekly

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – PCU – Float Pool

Shift: Days, 7a-7p, 12×3, 36hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Weekends will vary depending on the needs of the unit
No holiday requests, self scheduling, on-call

Requirements:

• WA License
• 2 years of PCU experience
• Skills required: Cardiac rhythm interpretation, Chest tubes, lumbar drains, traches, required IV med titration (Amiodarone, Cardizem, nitro, dopamine, dobutamine, non-DKA insulin, heparin; sometimes Cardene)
• BLS
• ACLS
  
• NIHSS

Other Details:

• EMR: EPIC
• Will be Mainly ED-Hold floating
• Could float for partial shifts
• First-time traveler accepted
• Patient Ratios: PCU and CCU 1:4 depending on acuity or if patient discharging; If PCU floated to MS- will have a 1:5 ratio
