Shift: 7a-7p
Length:51 weeks
Requirements:
- TN VISA required
- 2 years experience
- Insulin drips, cardiac drips, starting IV’s, post cardiac cath
- EPIC experience within the past 12 months
- BLS
- ACLS
- Length is 51 weeks but option for shorter, check with AM
- IVS to OFFER
- Monday to Sunday Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday
- No block schedules for any reason
- This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit
- Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained
- Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet
