- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Conscious sedation, vents, telemetry; high acuity progressive care unit with stable vents, non-invasive ventilation, high flow NC and heated high flow NC, peritoneal dialysis 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS and NIH preferred; ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required 4. License: Valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12's 7:00PM-7:30AM weekdays and some weekends (EOW); required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity 8. RTO: Required with submission, must be built into contract; two pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible for travel assignment once away from facility for 6 months or more; current employees ineligible to be hired as traveler at any Ohio State University hospital location 10.
