- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2+ years of high acuity PCU level or higher required; must meet experience requirements within the 3 most recent years with at least 1 year of current specialty experience 2. Cases: Oncology experience preferred but not required; floating to BMT, Acute Leukemia, Hematology, Medical Oncology, PCU Oncology, Gynecological Oncology, Urology, Colorectal, Surgical Oncology, Corrections Healthcare 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; OCN and ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate preferred 4. License: Valid compact or state license required at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 12D/N rotating possible (days, nights, or combination); self-scheduling with variable weekend coverage 8. RTO: Required with submission, must be built into contract; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible after 6+ months away; current employees ineligible 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; travel experience required 11. Background: Must complete Ohio fingerprinting process urgently after signing contract 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
