- Unit Notes:---Unit :LTC BLS required. 13 week contract. 1 Dayshift 1 Nights Dementia training required prior to start. Notes obtained by Brooke Coppock, 7/31/2019 onsite # beds Two units Tamarack has 20 beds, Aspen (Memory Care Unit) has 20 beds Certs CNA/LPN/RN, Minnesota state Licensure, BLS Ratios "RN/LPN- Days there will be one on each unit, Nights 1 for both units CNA - Day/Evenings shift there are up to 3 on each unit, Nights there is 1 CNA in Tamarack and 2 CNA's in Aspen (Memory Care Unit)."
