Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Local Shift RN – Behavioral Health
Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12×1, 12hrs per week
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
- WV/Compact license
- 1.5 years of BH/Psych experience
- BLS (AHA or Red Cross)
- CPI
Other Details:
Behavioral Health RNs are needed
Facility requires 10–15-minute zoom interview. Please include 3 dates and a time frame the candidate can complete with submission notes.
Clinicians will be required to complete the documents below once approved.
Authorization and Release Form: Completed within 24-48 hours
WV Fingerprinting registration: Completed ASAP
WV Care Self Disclosure Form: Completed ASAP
Requirements
BLS (AHA or Red Cross)
CPI – Client will offer CPI onsite during orientation if clinician does not have at time of submission
1.5 years of BH/Psych experience
Active WV or Compact Nursing License
All candidates will be required to complete WV Care Fingerprinting within 48 hours of approval. Results will take 7-10 days to return and cost $20. Please ensure your candidate is aware at time of submission.
3 manager or Charge References within last 2 years
Preferred
Weekend availability is highly preferred for any per diem candidate
Orientation Details
Orientation will be 2 days offered every other week. Day 1 will be hospital policy/EMR(Avatar) training / CPI if needed. 2nd day will be on unit for shift submitted to.
1st available week starting 04/21
8 hours of Modules completed prior to orientation –
