Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a PRN – PICU
Shift: Days/ 7a-7:30p, 12×1, 12hrs/week
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
- NJ license
- 2 years of recent experience critical care PICU
- Experience with telemetry-on the unit monitoring, gastrointestinal skills, IV therapy/phleb skills, lumbar puncture, Hydrocephalus/VP shunt, respiratory skills, renal/genitourinary skills
- AHA BLS
- PALS
- Preferred experience in Peds CVICU, Peds Step Down, cardiovascular skills, neurologic skills, oncology skills
- NRP preferred
Other Details:
Charting system: Epic
Patient Ratios: Days/Nights/Weekend- 1:2
Will float to Pediatrics and NICU if needed for an appropriate assignment
PICU RNs are needed
Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years of recent experience critical care PICU
– Active RN License
– Current AHA BLS, PALS
-Preferred : NRP
-Experience with telemetry-on the unit monitoring, gastrointestinal skills, IV therapy/phleb skills, lumbar puncture, Hydrocephalus/VP shunt, respiratory skills, renal/genitourinary skills,
-Preferred experience in Peds CVICU, Peds Step Down, cardiovascular skills, neurologic skills, oncology skills,
– 2 clinical references, at least 1 leadership reference from assignments within the last year
Shift Details:
– Shift Times: 0700-1930

– Scrubs color: Provided
– 1-year separation for previous staff
– Parking is free in unassigned spots
– Clinicians can only pick up 2-shifts per week maximum
