Travel Nurse (RN) PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) Charlotte, NC

$1,478.00 to $1,728.00 weekly

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – PICU – 6P 

Shift: Days / 7a-7:30p, 12×3, 36 hours per week, 75% of holidays required

Length: 13 weeks

Will be required to work 2 Fridays, 2 Saturdays, 2 Sundays and 2 Mondays every 6-week schedule

Requirements: 

• NC License
• 2 years of strong high acuity Pediatric ICU experience – must be comfortable in a high acuity, fast paced environment
• Experience with Artic Sun, EVDs, Camino device (ICP and temp monitoring device), Belmont Rapid Infuser, management of  critical care vasoactive drip titration, management of invasive lines – ART lines/CVP, aseptic and sterile techniques, basic dressing changes, ventilator and trach management, HOFV management, oral/nasal suctioning, g-tube/j-tube management, feeding tubes, chest tubes, epidurals, PCAs, sedation and analgesic drip management, Foley insertion and management, Alaris & Med fusion pump management, bedside procedures with providers, discharge skills, CRRT experience 
• BLS
• PALS
• EPIC experience
