Cases: PACU experience with surgical specialties including ICU, trauma surgery, pediatrics, bariatric, breast, colorectal, dental, emergency general surgery, ENT, gastroenterology, gynecology, neurosurgery, ophthalmology, orthopedics, podiatry, pulmonology, and urology 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required; CCRN and NIHSS preferred 4. License: Active Virginia State or Compact RN license required; pending license accepted only for single-state non-compact states 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, 6:45p-7:15a; call rotation with staff; may be EOW or 6 weekend shifts in 6-week block 8. RTO: All requests must be included in submission; two pre-approved time off periods 9. Returning Staff: Previous employees must be gone minimum one year; after 365 days worked, no return despite separation period (effective July 2025) 10.
