Cases: ENT surgery, cataracts, ocular plastics, head and neck; Endoscopic sinus procedures, Laparoscopic assisted cases, Laryngectomy, Mastoidectomy/Tympanoplasty/Stapedectomy, Radical neck dissection, Scrub ENT Surgery, Septoplasty/Rhinoplasty, Tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy, Tracheostomy, Myringotomy with tubes, Scrub PEDI ENT Surgery 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: NC or Compact license (pending OK for submittal) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC required 7. Shifts/Call: 8-hour days 07:00-16:00, no call requirement, no weekend requirement, no float requirement 8. RTO: Up to 7 days auto approved (no holidays), must work 2 of 3 major holidays, no RTO during first week, all RTO must be pre-approved, cannot request additional RTO after signing 9. Returning Staff: Former Novant/New Hanover employees must wait 12 months before applying, disclosure required with hospital name/dates employed at submission, facility approval needed 10. Travel/Local: Local candidates within 50 miles accepted at lower rate, will accept 1st time traveler if RN can scrub and have good ENT experience 11. Background: Not specified 12.
