Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Managing procedural radiation cases, prepping patients for procedures and moving with them through discharge; cancer related diagnoses 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; CHEMO, OCN preferred; must obtain ACLS by compliance hard document deadline 4. License: MO license (can submit without license, requires MO or compact); IL license in hand required at submittal; compact must match permanent residence 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday 7:00-3:30, no weekends, holidays, or call; 1:5 patient ratios; floating within service line required 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ days requires manager approval); no new RTO after submission; no RTO allowed first week of assignment 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates accepted within 75-mile radius; no local travelers allowed except for specific roles 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of signed contract and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13.
