Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Radiation oncology, pediatric oncology, managing radiation cases, port accessing on pediatric cases, Stage 2 recovery for pediatric anesthesia 3. Certifications: BLS, PALS required; ACLS required for Barnes-Jewish Hospital location; must obtain ACLS by compliance deadline 4. License: MO (submit without license OK, requires MO or compact) or IL (license in hand required at submittal); compact must match permanent residence 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday 07:00-15:30, no weekends, holidays, or call; 5x8 schedule 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ days requires manager approval, along with any holiday RTO); no new RTO after submission; no RTO allowed first week of assignment; 1 request pre-approved 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates accepted within 75-mile radius; no local travelers allowed except for PCTs, CNAs, and MAs 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of signed contract and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13.
