Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Med/Surg – Oncology Unit
Shift: Rotating D/N / 12×3, 36hrs per week
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
- NH or Compact License
- 2 years’ experience
- BLS
- Chest tubes Tubes Drips such as Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, or amiodarone preferred
- Lines/Tubes/drains for post-surgical patients preferred
- Trachs/Laryngectomies Telemetry Complex wounds preferred
- Central Lines – care and maintenance and blood draws preferred
Other Details:
- 24 beds of Hematology/Oncology/Gyn Oncology and med surg. 9 beds of Hematology and Cellular Therapy. Administer Chemotherapy, manage side effects, patients receiving radiation therapy and radioisotopes
- Most common dx include lymphoma, leukemia and ovarian cancers.
