- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 1st timers accepted 2. Cases: Oncology diagnoses from diagnosis to death, Hematology diagnoses, DNR/CC, Oncologic emergencies, Occasional off service 3. Certifications: BLS required; OCN required; Chemo certifications (ONS/ONCC) only required if performing Chemo role at elevated rate 4. License: GA or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend; patient ratio 1:6; no call requirements 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; all RTO must be finalized at submission; no holiday RTO if 1-2 holidays fall during assignment; 1 holiday RTO may be considered if 3 holidays fall during assignment 9. Returning Staff: Internal staff must be away from all Piedmont facilities for 1 full year before applying as traveler; return travelers must complete one assignment outside Piedmont before reapplying if cancelled or facility DNR 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; floating required within facility and possibly at Piedmont Augusta Summerville (3 miles from main campus) 11. Background: Not specified 12.
