Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – NICU
Shift: Days/ 7a-7p, 12×3, 36hrs/week
Length: 13 Weeks
Weekend Requirement: EOW or Every 3rd Weekend
Holiday Requirement: 2 per year
Requirements:
- ND license
- 2 years of NICU experience
- Must be able to titrate drips
- BLS, NRP
- Level 3-4 experience preferred
Other Details:
Nurse:Patient Ratios: 1:2-3, 4 for more feeder growers/ stable patients
Common diagnoses/Types of patients: RDS, SGA, prematurity, hypoglycemia, bilirubin, 23w+, no surgical or g tube placement, intubated and bubble cpap, central lines, NICU RNs will attend deliveries under 36w, IUGR, C section etc, to assist with APGAR
Will float to Newborn nursery (to take babies) and peds- assigned as appropriate, otherwise helping hands
Radius Rule: 50 miles
