Job Description
TN Visa Required
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- AHA BLS required
- Length is 51 weeks but option for shorter, check with AM
- CMSRN preferred NIHSS will be required prior to starting
Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and - IVS to OFFER
- Monday to Sunday Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday
- No block schedules for any reason
- This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit
- Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained
- Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet
