Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Labor & Delivery
Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12×3, 36hrs per week, EOW (Fri and Sat)
Length: 13 Weeks
Holiday Requirements rotate in with perm staff
Requirements:
- WA License
- Must have 2 years of experience, will consider someone with 1 year of experience if they have multiple prior travel experience
- Must have LDRP experience
- Must be comfortable attending deliveries independently and circulating in c-sections
- Must be comfortable assisting with catching baby and transitioning baby
- BLS
- ACLS
- NRP
- Prefer intermediate or advanced FHM
Other Details:
- EMR: Epic
- # L&D Beds 34 total beds
- # OR Suites on the unit for C-Sections? 2
- # Triage beds 2 Triage beds
- # Postpartum beds 14
- Float: Mother baby and post-partum all one unit. No floating to NICU. No floating outside of the department; Labor Travelers also need to function in Postpartum with routine mom and baby competencies; also need to be able to transition babies & attend low risk deliveries
