Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Local Shift RN – ICU
Shift: Days / 7a-7:30p, 12×1, 12hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- CA RN License
- 2 year recent exp in specialty
- Line draws, and IV site maintenance are skills are required
- AHA BLS
- AHA ACLS
- NIH
- EPIC experience required
Other details:
- Float to less or like specialties where needed and qualified
- Floating to Stepdown / PCU is required patient ratio is 1:3
- Flu Vaccine Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
*EPIC experience REQUIRED***Will be strictly enforcing the policy for NO artificial nails as well as nail length cannot extend more than 2mm beyond the end of the finger. Travelers will not be required to assist with ICP monitoring or placement, IABP,Conscious sedation, GI Procedures, Chest Tube InsertionsCardiac and GI procedures at the bedside if unstableMagnet FacilityAmazing Team, high acuity, Friendly, fast paced. You are part of our team. Do not float first. Float in rotation with all Team members-Alaris pumps, Roche meters, Bedside monitoring Phillips, Vents, Suction, Drains, Chest TubesOrientation Details– There are no orientations for this position, please make sure candidates are comfortable working.Shift Detail– 12-hour shiftsAdditional Details– Charting system: Epic– 3-month separation• Candidate is responsible for completing up to 10 hours of Providence and specialty specific modules, independently before candidate will be cleared to workCore Modules:• RN/LVN: (9.9 hours)• ICU RN/LVN: 1.5 hours
