Cases: Wound care, wound vac, disease management, PICC lines, G-tubes, ostomy care and education, catheter care and education 3. Certifications: BLS/BCLS required 4. License: MUST HAVE BOTH OR AND WA LICENSURE; pending license accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC Remote Client for Home Health (on laptop) and Rover (phone app)/Oasis; Epic experience preferred; Oasis experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 8hr Days only (cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s); on-call not required; weekend coverage not required 8. RTO: Confirm with hiring manager; one pre-approved time off mentioned 9. Returning Staff: Must indicate if traveler previously worked for Providence (travel, prn, perm) 10.
