$2,083.00 to $2,333.00 weekly

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Case Manager Inpatient

Shift: Days / 7a-3p, 8×5, 40hrs per week, M-F with rotating weekends, Call daily until 6pm

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• IL License
•  2 years Hospital Inpatient experience
• Must have previous experience providing care coordination/discharge planning
• AHA BLS
• BSN
• Case Management certification preferred

Other Details:

• Must be proficient in care coordination, discharge planning, and assessment of psychosocial needs/support
• Could float to multiple adult units throughout the hospital General Medical, Surgical, Cardiac, Neuro, Intermediate, or ICU levels of care. 
• WILL ACCEPT LOCAL CANDIDATES
• LOCAL Radius (50mi Radius)
• 650 Bed Teaching facility, Level 1 Trauma Center, Stroke Certification
• Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.  EPIC
