Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission 2. Cases: Case Management - assists patients with discharge planning, durable medical equipment, home health, hospice, SNF placements, adult foster homes, assisted living; covers ICU, medical, med-surg, tele, obs unit, ED 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: State RN license required; can submit with pending unless specified in job title 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: No on-call required; weekends required as needed; patient ratios 1:16, days 18, weekends 32; block scheduling 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays; must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months between permanent and travel; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate; must have vehicle for assignment 11. Background: Any background hits must be sent for approval prior to submission 12.
