Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required minimum; 6 months of PET experience required (hard stop); first-time travelers accepted if 2+ years experience 2. Cases: Will primarily work PET but may float to Nuclear Medicine; average 6-7 PET/CT per day, 9 general nuclear studies per day 3. Certifications: ARRT(N) or NMTCB required, BLS required; PET certification not required but must have PET experience 4. License: CA license required and must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience highly preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s or 5x8s; call required post-shift and rotating weekends; variable start times 0700-0900; may exceed every other weekend 8. RTO: 7 days maximum; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD); all RTO must be included at submission 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility work 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits at submission; no open license hits approved 12. Modules: 16 hours average, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval 13. Travel Experience: Not required if sufficient experience 14.
