Cases: LTC experience required; LTAC experience preferred; patient diagnoses include Dementia, Alzheimer's, TBI, Plegics, Cognitive Impairments, Physical Impairments, and other LTC-appropriate diagnoses 3. Certifications: BLS required; AK license MUST be in hand at time of submission; Alaska Food Worker Certification required (obtained during on-site orientation; one-time $10 fee) 4. License: Alaska RN License must be in hand — DO NOT submit if candidate does not have license; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: ECS charting system; charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x12 or 3x12 Variable (traveler's choice); shifts are either Days or Nights (no rotation between day/night except for urgent needs); on-call not required; float within scope required; guaranteed 60 hours per 2 weeks with possibility of 1 shift call-off per 2-week period 8. Assignment duration is traveler's choice of 13 or 26 weeks. Facility arranges a vehicle for use within a 30-mile radius; vehicle must be returned during any time off and cleaned with a full tank upon return.
