- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Routine studies - Brain, Spine, Abdomen, Pelvis, Prostate, Extremities and Cardiac preferred; IP, OP and ED 3. Certifications: ARRT R, BLS required 4. License: Valid State License not required at submission; Nursys report must be pulled within the last month 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s (10:30p-06:30a), 2 evening shifts 3p-11p and 12 hour shifts on Sat/Sun 9a-9p required; on-call not required 8. RTO: Maximum 10 days; must be included in original submittal, any additional RTO not approved 9. Returning Staff: Welcome back without any waiting period between contracts 10. Travel/Local: Must live 50 miles away from ALL CHN facilities; locals not accepted 11. Background: Will accept travelers with background hits, varies case by case 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
