- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: 110 daily caseload; CT cases including Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Brain Perfusion, CTAs, Multiplanar Reconstruction 3. Certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS required; copies required with submission 4. License: Virginia State License required (90-day temp form acceptable while VA license issuing); current Nursys report required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required/preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Fri/Sat/Sun 15:00-03:30 with call; 1 night per week call; rotate weekends call 5-6 weeks; holiday rotation required 8. RTO: At manager's discretion; need to add week at end if requesting more than 7 days RTO; OR/CST only 1 holiday request 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No radius rule; locals accepted at same rate; may float within hospital or affiliate hospitals 11. Background: Nursys only 12. Modules: 8 hours average, non-billable, completed pre-start via WorkRamp within 1 week of signing 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Caribbean Blue 15.
