Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Extremities, Abdomen/GI, Spine/Pelvis, Head, Chest/Thorax, Musculoskeletal, Lower extremities, Upper extremities; EKGs & portables 3. Certifications: ARRT (R)(CT), BLS required; copies of all required certs required with submission 4. License: VA state license required (TEMP NOT ALLOWED); current Nursys report required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required/preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday 10:00-18:30; backup call as needed 8. RTO: At Manager's Discretion; need to add week at end of assignment if requesting more than 7 days RTO; OR/CST Unit only takes 1 Holiday request 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year before returning as traveler; if traveler hits 1 year mark, must take full year off before returning 10. Travel/Local: No radius rule; locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Nursys only 12. Modules: Up to 8 hours completed pre-start via WorkRamp; non-billable 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Not specified 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - No Exemptions 16.
