- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Daily caseload 8-12; Coronary Artery Disease, Peripheral Vascular Disease, Cardiac Arrhythmias - Coronary diagnostic and intervention, Peripheral diagnostic and intervention, Permanent pacemakers 3. Certifications: ARRT, Fluoro Permit, BLS, ACLS required; copies required at submission; willing to consider candidates with pending Fluoro permits if already applied 4. License: Valid CA License in hand required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Call required; weekends not required; floating may be required within hospital or affiliate hospitals 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: 3 months to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
