Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Imaging support in OR working vascular IR; vascular interventions including angioplasty, carotid stenting, endovascular interventions, EVAR, TEVAR, thrombolysis/thrombectomy 3. Certifications: BLS and ARRT required; ARRT VI specified; copies required with submission 4. License: VA license required but can submit with pending if has licensure in another state (ETA 8 weeks otherwise); must have license in-hand Wednesday before start date; Nursys verification required 5. Education: BSN preferred 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 8 hour days, 0730-1600; rotating call every 4th week 8. RTO: Up to 40 hours guaranteed per 13-week contract; only one pre-approved time off; no additional requests after acceptance 9. Returning Staff: Must inform if previously employed at University of Virginia Health system; requires one year separation and leadership approval; cannot work more than 365 days regardless of separation 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile radius rule; locals not accepted for Imaging Support positions 11. Background: Must inform Client Delivery Manager if aware of background hits 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 16 hours; completed during orientation; vary by specialty; recorded in Workday; 40 orientation hours 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14.
