Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – LMSW (Licensed Masters of Social Worker)
Shift: Days / 8:30a-5p, 8×5, 40hrs per week, M-F
Length: 13 Weeks
On Call/Weekend Requirement: No on call requirement; traveler can pick up weekends if desired and available/they are needed
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience: LMSW in outpatient clinic experience
- BLS, LMSW
Other Details:
- Local accepted
- Local rate within 60 miles of facility
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required – No Exemptions

Shift: M-F 5 x 8 Days 0830-1700
On Call/Weekend Requirement: No on call requirement; traveler can pick up weekends if desired and available/they are needed
Float Requirement: Float throughout patient tower across MedSurg units as necessary
LOCAL RATE WITIN 60 MILES OF FACILITY
Requirements:
– LMSW
– BLS
– 2 years of experience: LMSW in outpatient clinic, experience with biopsychosocial assessment, assisting patients navigate the DCF process, collaborative care, care coordination with home care and equipment following discharge, experience in rehab and long term care referrals, knowledge of community programs (AFDC, Medicaid, Food Stamps, Medication Assistance, and TANF), knowledge of protective services (adult and children protective services, emergency detention, guardianship and power of attorney)
