Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – X-Ray Tech

Shift: Mid / 2:30p-11p, 8×5, 40 hrs per week, call is required
Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:
  • CA License
  • 1.5 years experience in specialty (no exceptions)
  • Travel Experience: minimum of 1 full year total required (no exceptions), w/ minimum of 6+ months of continuous Travel Experience
  • EPIC Experience, or combined EPIC/Cerner experience, for the last 6 months of their work history
  • Perform in UCC and OR /GI Lab Cases
  • AHA BLS, CRT, ARRT, and Fluoro Cert

Other Details:
  • No Locals within a 100 mile radius of facility
  • Float Requirements: Required to float at or below skillset for all units. May occasionally be asked to cover at another campus/location

Includes weekends/holidays as needed
REQUIRED: Must confirm candidate is aware that CALL IS REQUIRED, will be with staff rotation.
REQUIRED: AHA BLS, CRT, ARRT, and Fluoro Cert must be in hand at time of sub
REQUIRED: Perform in UCC and OR /GI Lab Cases (SEE ADDITIONAL REQs BELOW)
REQUIRED: 12/16 or 01/06 hard start per client


#Tier3 Travel Compliance
REQUIRED: include valid copies of all Certs & Nursys with submission (if BLS, ACLS, or PALS = must be AHA)
REQUIRED: Interview availability, including time zone
REQUIRED: 1 Supervisory level reference
REQUIRED: CA License in hand at time of submittal (Temp or Perm, no EMSA)
REQUIRED: 1.5 years experience in specialty (no exceptions)
REQUIRED: EPIC Experience, or combined EPIC/Cerner experience, for the last 6 months of their work history.
REQUIRED: No Locals within a 100 mile radius of facility. Travelers who have been on assignment in San Diego for the last 9+ months are considered Local and are not eligible to submit.
REQUIRED: Travel Experience: minimum of 1 full year total required (no exceptions), w/ minimum of 6+ months of continuous Travel Experience leading up to time of submittal. No gaps in travel experience for the last 6 months is permitted per client.
Return perm staff must wait 1 year to return
International travelers must have 1 + year of recent experience working in the U.S. to be considered
Float Requirements: Required to float at or below skillset for all units. May occasionally be asked to cover at another campus/location.

Max # of submittals per system: can submit to 1 facility in the health system
