Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – PT Home Health

Shift: Days / 8a-5p (8×5) 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:
  • CA License
  • 1 year experience
  • PT graduate from an accredited curriculum – Required
  • BLS
  • 1 year Experience in a home health position – Highly desired
  • 1 year PT experience – Highly desired
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or health related field – Highly desired
Current CA PT license – Required
Current BCLS/CPR certification – Required
Scheduling for weekends, on-call support, and major holidays apply.
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Experience in a home health position – Highly desired: 1 Years
Proof of current auto insurance – Required
PT experience – Highly desired: 1 Years
Valid driver’s license – Required
Education:
PT graduate from an accredited curriculum – Required
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or health related field – Highly desired
