Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Physical Therapist – Outpatient Clinic

Shift: Variable Days / 7:30/8-5 Mon-Thurs, 7:30/8 Friday, 8×5, 40hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

On Call/Call-Back: 1 Weekend per month
Weekend: only for On- call

Requirements:

• MI PT license
• 1 year experience
• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy required
• AHA BLS
• Will accept new grads

• Must live outside a 50 mile radius from facility
• Charting/Equipment: Epic EMR
• Unit Specific Skillset: Patient population: OP and IP mix, across lifespan peds through geriatric. Ortho (Post Op TKA, THA, TSA, etc), OP Neuro
• Unit Overview: Evaluates, treats, and plans patient care in accordance with Physical Therapy Standards of practice. Documents to meet regulatory and reimbursement requirements
• Scrub Colors: NA. Causal professional attire
