Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – PT Home Health

Shift: Days / 8a-4p (8×5) 40 hours per week, M-F, EOW

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • IL license 
  • 1 years of experience
  • BLS

      PT Home Health
      Shift: 5X8 M – F 8am – 4pm
      Daily Caseload per tech: 5-6 units
      Years of experience REQ: 1
      First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Possibly after interview
      CERTS: BLS
      policy: Every other weekend required
      Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? No
      Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? No
      Floating Req to Sister Facilities: (Y/N): No

      Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs.
      Special Requirements:
      • Department – consists of a Multidiscipline Team, Geriatrics and middle age, no pediatric patients.
      • Patient Dx – Ortho, cardiac, neuro, pulmonary, Diabetes, other.
      • Case management skills, independent, time manage and organizational skill, patient centered goals, supervising PTA, Team Player, knowledge, professionalism, communication skills, flexibility, positive attitude, provide excellent quality care.
