Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – PT Outpatient

Shift: Variable D/E, Start between 7a-6:30p, 8×5, 40 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks

WEEKENDS: n/a
CALL REQUIREMENTS: n/a
HOLIDAYS: Traveler will be expected to work at least 1 major holiday.

Requirements:
  • PA Physical Therapist (PT) License is required
  • 2 Years’ Experience
  • EPIC experience required
  • BLS
Other Details:

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: SHIFT- 5×8 hr shifts with NO CALL. Monday – Friday

– Hours of operation are roughly 0700-0630, so the schedule will be (5) eight hour shifts in that time frame.

Pre-Screen Unit – Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Wellspan guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis.
*Manager will interview

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years
CERTIFICATIONS: PA Physical Therapist (PT) License is required
EPIC exp required
