Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – RPH Pharmacy

Shift: Nights / 8:30p-8a (12×3) 36 hours per week

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• TX License
• 1 year experience
• Must have Vancomycin, aminoglycoside, warfarin, heparin dosing, Medication order verifications, IV product verifications, Renal Dose adjustments, IV to PO Conversions
  
• Successfully completed NAPLEX required
• IV Certificate
• BLS
• Critical Care Experience preferred
  
• NICU Experience preferred
• Pharmacy Residency preferred
• Board Certification preferred
