Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – OT Pediatrics

Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8×5, 40hrs per week, no weekends or Holidays
Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:
  • IL License
  • 1 year’ experience
  • BLS

  • May be needed to float between pediatric and adult outpatient OT

Occupational Therapist

Unit Details: Outpatient Pediatric is the primary need, if the OT can float to OP adult or acute OT in the hospital when their schedule allows this would be helpful.

Start date: ASAP

Hours: 5 x 8 Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p, no weekends or Holidays

Years of experience REQ: 1

First-timers accepted: Yes

Weekend REQ: None

Certs REQ: BLS and IL OT state license

Is on-call REQ? No

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes; may be needed to float between pediatric and adult outpatient OT.

Locals accepted: No. 70 mile radius is considered local

Pending License accepted: No. License in hand


Special Requirements: Pediatric Outpatient, Autism, Handwriting, Learning Disability, Visual Perceptual Skills Testing/Treatment, Patient/Family Education, Safety and injury prevention, Telephone calls, Adaptive Equipment Assessment (Pediatric), Cognitive Assessment, and EPIC charting experience required.
