Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – OT Home Health

Shift:  Days/ 8a-4:30p, 8×5, 40hrs/week, M-F
Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements: 
  • IL license
  • 1 year of experience
  • Case management skills, OASIS understanding
  • BLS

  • First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Possibly after interview
  • COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Not Required
  • Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
OT Home Health
Shift: 5X8 M – F 8am – 430pm
Daily Caseload per tech: 5-6 units

RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days; provide requests and BJC will determine if able to approve or choose another day if possible.
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs.
Special Requirements:
• Case management skills, OASIS understanding, independent, time manage and organizational skill, patient centered goals, supervising COTA, Team Player, knowledge, professionalism, excellent communication skills, flexibility, positive attitude, provide excellent quality care.
