Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8×5, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Length: 26 weeks
Requirements:
- NE License
- 1 Year Experience
- Experience with patient monitoring and other ancillary patient and radiation safety equipment
- PET experience
- Graduate from an accredited nuclear medicine program
- Knowledge of computers that are interfaced with the gamma cameras
- Knowledge of radioactive materials, doses and flood sources
- Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) &/or ARRT
- AHA BCLS
- Prior clinical experience preferred
Other Details:
- Ability to work with radioactive material in a safe manner
- Ability to effectively handle patients and families in all age groups preferred
- Knowledge of nuclear medicine gamma cameras, stationary and portable from varying manufacturers preferred
