Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8×5, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri

Length: 26 weeks 

Requirements:

  • NE License
  • 1 Year Experience
  • Experience with patient monitoring and other ancillary patient and radiation safety equipment
  • PET experience
  • Graduate from an accredited nuclear medicine program
  • Knowledge of computers that are interfaced with the gamma cameras
  • Knowledge of radioactive materials, doses and flood sources
  • Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) &/or ARRT
  • AHA BCLS
  • Prior clinical experience preferred
Other Details:
  • Ability to work with radioactive material in a safe manner 
  • Ability to effectively handle patients and families in all age groups preferred
  • Knowledge of nuclear medicine gamma cameras, stationary and portable from varying manufacturers preferred
