Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Dosimetrist

Shift: Days/ 7:30a-4p, 8×5, 40hrs/week, No Call

Length: 13 Weeks


Requirements: 
  • 2 year of experience
  • BLS
  • CMD – Required
  • Must have Cancer Center/Oncology experience
  • Philips Pinnacle TPS,  Elekta Mosaiq EMR required
  • Certified dosimetrist
  • ARRT T – Preferred
  • Community Hospital Experience
  • Teaching Hospital Experience preferred
Other Details:
  • First-timers accepted
  • No locals, 50 miles
  • COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
  • Documentation system: Elekta Mosaiq (must have experience)
  • No First Timers
  • No Float

Outpatient Cancer Center Certified Medical Dosimetrist. 5, 8HR (07:30-16:00)
2 year min exp.
Environment is a Comprehensive Cancer center with pharmacy, lab, dietician, SW, financial counseling, research & cancer data management

M/T/W/Th/F. Up-coming holidays include 11/28-29/2024; 12/25-26/2024; 1/1/2025. All other time off must be approved ahead of time.

No First Timers.
Must have Cancer Center/Oncology experience
No Call
No Float
Must be ready to hop in on unit, schedule does not allow for extensive training.
Patient Age Group: Adults
Documentation system: Elekta Mosaiq (must have experience)
Unit Info:
Patient Diagnoses
-Variety, but top ones include prostate, breast, lung, head/neck, skin, rectal, primary brain, palliative bone mets.

Special Procedures/Unit Details:
-SRS, SBRT, IMRT, VMAT, 3D, 4D,2D, IGRT, SGRT, DIBH
-outpatient certified dosimetrist

Special Equipment
Required:
-Philips Pinnacle TPS
-Elekta Mosaiq EMR
Other:
-Plan IQ (Sun Nuclear plan feasibility software)
-Elekta Versa HD accelerators (matched energies)
-XVI & iView imaging
-GE CT simulator

Certifications:
ARRT T – Preferred
BLS – Required
CMD – Required
8 hour Orientation
Scrubs are Caribbean blue or any color or business casual w/lab coat
