- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Med/Surg Telemetry experience required 3. Certifications: BLS, NIHSS, ACLS required 4. License: No pending state licenses accepted; absolutely no license hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend coverage required every other weekend; no block scheduling requests 8. RTO: Maximum 5 days per 13 weeks; no holiday RTO allowed 9. Returning Staff: Must have minimum 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as employee to be eligible 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals not eligible; must float to other areas/facilities up to 75 miles 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 2-8 hours average; non-clinical hours billable, clinical hours non-billable; completed during orientation 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Not specified 15.
